Call Summary
Call summaries take every piece of information within a call and, essentially, makes it shorter and easier to understand. Once a call is finished, a four-sentence synopsis of your conversation will appear on your call screen automatically. The information is stored safely, is searchable and serves our proprietary software, DialpadGPT, to better understand your business needs.
